May in or out?
Big day for the UK. What the betting odds if May will survive the vote or not?
I’m going with not. The Brits seem to want to shoot themselves in as many feet as they can.

Not sure what the end game is for the UK but it's going to cost her a shitload.NotABogan wrote:...The Brits seem to want to shoot themselves in as many feet as they can.

She won't be going anywhere, I think. I do have my doubts about Corbyns longevity, though. But hey, I'm just a regular average citizen, what do I know.

May has seen the Westminster Paedophile dossier and "knows where the bodies are buried." I think she'll keep her job, unfortunately.

She will clearly be out. No-one sets it in motion without having the votes.
Whatever happens the article 50 will be extended another year and most probably an election & new referendum before end of next year.

Brexit was never going to be allowed to happen. That was obvious the day after the referendum. Call the next one a "people's vote", to differentiate it from the previous vote in which non-people must have voted or something.
I'd like nothing more. And I have a twenty quid bet that I placed a year or so ago on him to be the next PM.Playboy wrote:Hopefully the Tories will get around to putting Jacob Rees-Moog in leadership before long.

king. He's just too clever and too posh to be acceptable to most.
What about that member of the fast-breeding subspecies we are not allowed to mention, Sajid Javid?

The bookies say otherwise. She's a huge favorite to win the confidence motion.McPhisto wrote:May is out on her scrawny pale arse.
May survives 200-117 and wins the right to keep fighting for the Brexit deal nobody likes. Blame Steve Bannon and the Russians for vote meddling. Those bastards!
I think they should hold another no-confidence vote because maybe many conservatives didn't fully understand what they were voting on the first time and may feel their votes had been stolen. They were bamboozled.
