Again, all about Trump hate. It's all that's "Left" I guess.Sonic1 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2019 10:01 pmThe subject is health care. As you are an American celebrating the health care woes of Finland, this American feeks it is very much germaine to point out your birther presidents approach to this issue.Johnsell50 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2019 8:48 amAgain, what does this have to do with Finland's Health care problems. It just seems you are trying to find some way to make Obama a hero. Good luck!
When administrations transition it is best that improvements which benefit everyone are kept, yes? Try and leave things a little better for the next administration. The rest of the western world is living longer for half of what we pay. Donald Trump said last week that Republicans are the health care party. I call bullshit.

I think this is a project requiring the bell on the cat theory. Since Playboy came up with the idea maybe he should be the one to carry out the solution.Aseriousman wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2019 12:04 pmmmm the tastey right-wing option.
But is it wise to post about it in a thread where John might be inspired to read it?
After all, it's only a short book taking no more than 5 minutes to read. Then where will we be?!

Then I doubt America can criticise Finland for anything, let alone healthcare.

So Finland provides more health care to its citizens at less than half the cost of the US system and the OP is decrying the Nords?

You need to digest it, cross check with other books, and form your own ideas.

To go through a court fight with an ex over custody of our daughter, we both had to have a complete psyche evaluation; involving testing in a number of different areas, one of which was general knowledge. These were performed by a board certified psychoanalyst. A week after the testing the Dr. called me to tell me the results of mine. He said in all of years of testing he had never run across anyone with as much knowledge in such a wide variety of subjects as I had shown and asked me how I did it. When I explained that most of my knowledge came from reading an average of a book a day he understood. He also told me my overall tests were great and by his tests of both of us I should receive full custody; which is what I received in court. This is not to say I am sane, just saner than that ex-wife. This also doesn't mean I am the smartest person on the planet, but it does mean I am smart enough to be happy with me.YaTingPom wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2019 2:37 pmReading and remembering stuff doesn’t mean you’re intelligent.Johnsell50 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2019 1:00 pmLet's see, John read an average a book a day for over 30 years, has an IQ in the mid 150's, and still has no problem reading or comprehending. A bit troubling from a legal perspective. Legally, the court appointed shrink had no business discussing your ex's results with you prior to or at any time. Issuing his summation to you is further troubling. Did this happen in America?Johnsell50 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 4:54 amYaTingPom wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2019 2:37 pmReading and remembering stuff doesn’t mean you’re intelligent.Johnsell50 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2019 1:00 pmLet's see, John read an average a book a day for over 30 years, has an IQ in the mid 150's, and still has no problem reading or comprehending. It's ironic how someone who apparently reads so much comes across as being so dull. The guy's opinions read like Fox News soundbites.
