Still probably the greatest influence on the 60s/70s/80s guitarists remains unnamed.
He played alongside as well as backing stars such as Tommy Steele, Marty Wild, Laurie London, Cliff Richard, Adam Faith, Billy Fury, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney, Nat King Cole, Judy Garland, Gigli, Paul Robeson and many others.
It's always the quiet ones who have the greatest influence and are easily forgotten.

why don't you jus share the info instead of stringing out your moment of feeling superior in your knowledge?

Have you never heard of the word "quiz"?
Sorry your musical knowledge and researching is not up to finding out who it is.
Anyone growing up in the 50s/60s/70s and interested in music would know this person.

This guitarist was actually one of Hanks early teachers in guitar.

I haven't tried to find the answer. Quiz masters are like Magicians to me. I don't like them, probably for the same reason.TheGrimReaper wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 3:20 pmHave you never heard of the word "quiz"?
