Read the article, mostly. So some taxi driver (who’s name he doesn’t know) claimed to be a UDA (or whatever) loyalist and he’s based the whole article on one bloke?
The difference now is those guys (actual members of loyalist and republican/paras movements) know it’s futile and have brought up their offspring to think differently.
It’s a different time now.

Many young men (and women) joined up because their parents died fighting for what they believed was right.
Anyhoo. I’m only part Irish. I’ll let Lucky Lucan comment if he wishes as he’s far more knowledgeable than I. I’m just repeating what my father has always told me, him previously being a republican but he now calls himself a nationalist.
