There are indeed more cases looming however to date there has been a chasm between public statements and performances in court. Hence you must forgive people for expressing cynicism as to the veracity of new public statements.
Perhaps the cascade of evidence will indeed materialise, but until then don't be too harsh on those for whom recent experience taught otherwise.

Convoluted ignores the fact that over thirty cases have been thrown out to date for lack of evidence.
Clearly rumours circulated on Parler, OAN news reports and YouTube videos don’t count as evidence in a courtroom.

Some people indeed
It feels like you have given up.
Ah, but which judges threw them out?Guest wrote: ↑Fri Nov 27, 2020 2:12 pmConvoluted ignores the fact that over thirty cases have been thrown out to date for lack of evidence.
Your comment brings to mind the adage for this particular election ... those who vote determine nothing:; those who count the votes decide everything.
Yuck.
This creepy bit of slime is potentially just one injection away from becoming ...

In most cases - particularly in the more notable defeats such as PA - it’s been Republican judges like Justice Brann.
Your arguments are like your name.
You say the evidence is being kept for court. And yet they have been to caught in 34 cases. And they keep getting thrown out for lack of evidence.
So I’ll repeat. Where is the evidence convoluted?

No sooner do I type the above post than it’s announced that Trump campaign’s efforts to halt PA certification pending appeal has been thrown out. So that is another loss.
The reason: no evidence presented.
And who are the judges? All three are conservative judges, appointed by republican Presidents. The authoring judge, Justice Bibas, was appointed by Trump himself.

^^^ You forget that heaps of Republicans have always been anti-Trump.
Plus, there are death threats at play, threats of identifying their children and other vulnerable family members. And do you not recall the two Republicans threatened over their refusal to certify results until they relented, only to then summon up the courage to change their stance?
This entire electoral mess started when the Supreme Court refused to shoot down last-minute changes insisted upon by the Democrats as to how and when ballots would be accepted in the battlefield states and their demand that no signature verification be required.
It was Chief Justice Roberts who cast the deciding Supreme Court vote in this decision which green-lighted all manner of potential mail-in ballot fraud. (But) Roberts was appointed by one of the Bush Republican presidents (proclaims Scobienz).
Speaking of the Bush family, Jr. is just one more Republican politician insanely jealous of Trump's achievements and popularity with common Americans.
Besides which, let's recall the basis of the Kavanaugh Supreme Court nominee hearing.
An allegation of attempted rape was presented by a complainant who deleted all her anti-Trump social postings prior to the storm and who could not even recall the year in which the alleged Kavanaugh assault on her occurred.
She could not name the location of the house. She could not explain how she got home. after the alleged incident.
She lied about why alterations were made to her home in adulthood.
She 'passed' a lie detector test conducted in-house by her lawyer!!!
She named three witnesses, including her best friend of the time, who all refuted that any such gathering had ever happened.
But all of the above non-evidence nonsense from Christine Fraud (aka Christine Ford) sufficed as proof for the scobienz clique. Kavanaugh was guilty as charged. It wasn't for the Democrats-MSM-Scobienzes of this world to prove that Kavanaugh was guilty. It was up to Kavanaugh to prove that he wasn't guilty.
Hence, applying the same rationale, it is not for the Trump team to provide evidence of electoral fraud. Rather, it is up to the Democrats to prove conclusively that they didn't steal those battlefield states.
Is your very own rational convoluted enough for you Scobienz?

No sooner do I type the above post post than Trump himself decrees on Twitter that it is up to Biden to somehow prove he garnered the 'ridiculous' total of 80 million votes.
We know that Trump increased by 9-10 million votes to what would have been an all-time electoral high. He pulled in masses more blacks and Latinos than had ever voted before for a Republican in what was their endorsement of the man and his policies.
Yet we are asked to believe that a whopping 80 million voted for a man who kept virtually silent during the entire electoral campaign and a man of whom next to nobody can say what his intended policies were or are. How about you have a go, scobienz. Outline Biden's platform for us.
If you waffle in reply with 'decency' and 'compassion' then I will just refer you back a few posts to the most insincere bit of smarmy slime I think I have ever listened to in my life.

I've rarely read such a pile of convoluted garbage. Conspiracies at every level, right?

I don’t think convoluted even knows what he is arguing now. It’s embarassing to read.
But here is a legal principle that I don’t think anyone can dispute. When you are filing claims in court that there was election fraud, the onus is on the plaintiff to prove there was fraud, not for the defendants to prove there wasn’t.
It’s just sad that you - taking your lead from Trump - think Biden has to prove he got 80m votes. He doesn’t have to because - guess what - it’s already been done during the certification process.
Now, let’s try again. Where is the proof that there was fraud. So far it hasn’t been presented in 35 court cases. Indeed, while in a court case his legal team have said they aren’t arguing fraud. It’s only in news conferences that Guiliani et al are saying fraud, to keep gullible dupes like you in thrall.

Visser can at least argue a case convincingly. Which is probably why he has stopped contributing to the thread - he’s intelligent enough to know it’s a busted flush.

An interesting development is the Senate race in Georgia. If both seats go to the Democrats then the Senate is tied 50-50 with Harris having the deciding vote.
The Trump campaign has undermined the confidence of a large number of its supporters in the electoral process, so much so that there are calls from within the base to boycott the election. Now Trump is having to encourage his base to turn up to vote whilst maintaining the process is rigged against them.
A low Republican turn-out due to post-Presidential election fraud messaging is a real possibility.
