You do realise the OP uses the PC name for Kiev.
That shows that he's leans more to Ukraine than to Russia and is not as neutral as you think.
A number of stories here have been found out to be untrue and no comment has been made on them.
Personally I I think he has tremendous stamina in keeping up this task.
Does anybody actually care anymore?
I have seen far too many temples and heard far too much propaganda to be interested by either anymore.
Sorry.

You obviously care because it was only a couple of days back you asked why there were no updates .
I enjoy reading the OP's updates . You also claim a number of stories are untrue with no comments made on them .... well you've had your chance and still do so comment on those you think are not true .
The truth is almost no one on this forum is getting unbiased information, mass media on both sides has seen to that. For anybody on either side to claim their story is true is just puerile. We all know this is about $, and both sides are avaricious

There was a gap between 15th of June and the 19th of June. I was being sarcastic.
I'm not the warmongering type. I think both ruling parties are kunts. All the countries in the region have long history of bashing each other. The west should be trying to negotiate peace not stirring the pot.

The EU has accepted Ukraine as a candidate, which is a long way from being afforded membership however is a signal that Kyiv is moving further from Moscow's orbit. Russia will always be an important trading partner for Ukraine, however its influence is likely to wane.
This provides a short-term morale boost for the Ukrainians, however it also may accelerate and expand annexation plans by Russia if Putin feels that possession is his only remaining means of influence.

Why is there hardly any TV news coverage about Ukraine anymore?
My parents are free to watch it, but say you hardly see any news about it?
I turn on Aljazera and there's fock all on about it.

Russia is reportedly undertaking its third (that I am aware of) change in the senior command structure of the Russo-Ukrainian War which has just completed its fourth month.
Why the Russian Ministry of Defence (who made the announcement) is doing so is unclear.

End of week 18 of the Russo-Ukrainian War and the grind continues.
In the North and West there was a significant missile barrage emanating from Belarus. This was viewed by many as a further attempt by Russia to bring Belarus deeper into the war with Zelensky making a direct appeal to the Belarus populace to avoid such an occurrence. Lukashenko continued to make bellicose statements through the week and sent a large amount of munitions to Russian forces, however there are reportedly no movements from the Belarus army that would signal an intent to invade.
Around Kharkiv there were few changes on the ground.
In the Donbas Russian forces took some key towns South of Lysychansk which forced the Ukrainians to withdraw from Sievierdonetsk. The Russians continue to advance to threaten Lysychansk and fighting is currently taking place there. Whether Ukraine decides to fight in Lysychansk or withdraw its forces further West to more defensible positions will become clearer during the week.
In the Zapoprizhzhia region there were some gains made during the week by Ukrainian forces, taking several villages as they pushed South towards Plohy where Russian forces are reportedly strengthening defensive lines.
Around Kherson Ukrainian forces have reportedly taken some villages to the West and North. The information constraints on this theatre remain heavy. There was some partisan activity in Kherson with a Russian installed public official assassinated. Partisan activity is reportedly heavy around Melitopol.
There was no reported activity regarding Transnistria, though the Moldovan President did visit Kyiv during the week and cooperation between the two countries is increasing.

The Russian occupation administrators in Kherson and Southern Zaporizhzhia are working to integrate the region as quickly as possibly into Russia proper. The Rouble is being introduced, Russian curriculum introduced into schools, Russian marriage certificates issued and citizenship also offered to those who want it.
The extent of uptake and the effectiveness of these moves is debatable, however the intent is clear.
