Oh Boy this Company really has some serious problems. They should be shut down !
It’s said it was a failure of the hydraulic system shortly after take off that caused the cargo plane to break apart on landing
B757. There was no crash landing- watch the video.
The aircraft did not break apart on landing- watch the video.
The aircraft did end up off the runway having started to turn/skid, and the resulting damage was as a result of that. It didn’t even break in half. Look at the images.
What happened during the landing roll is actually not reported, yet. The investigation will determine what happened. Quite obviously, that has only just started, and everything reported by the press will largely be based on
-accumulated years of experience of not speaking to the right people, and
-coming to ill informed conclusions.
Again.
Followed by hysterical outbursts by folks with little reason to do so.
For those with a fear of flying, there is actually quite a lot to be achieved by speaking to people who know what they’re talking about, and probably a lot to be gained by reading the crap that news paper journo’s trot out.
