I'm not in Cambodia anymore, but there are lots of expats sharing buildings in the KOW, so interested in your opinions.
Say you are house sharing and one of the occupants walks into the kitchen and excitedly tells you : "I've just got back from seing my family in Europe".
Oh, that's nice, but is that really being a considerate person i wonder?
You have to go and stand near old people near the shops etc, not to mention your family.
What are your opinions on non essential flying?

The ethics of flying right now
"I don't care what the people are thinking, i ain't drunk i'm just drinking"
Considering the testing requirements I wouldn’t be bothered by someone flying in.

The only thing that stops me from "unnecessary travel" at this point is insane requirements and restrictions. So I'm pretty much limited to domestic air travel (in Thailand).

Let the locals decide... in Thailand, 90% don't want any foreigners arriving right now.
I am not keen to see anyone come from the U.S. at all. Two diplomats arrived a couple days ago from the states, and both tested positive. I think it will be two years before this is over, if we are lucky. The 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic lasted from 1918 to 1920, about 27 months...
What does common sense dictate? Chinese, Europeans and Americans and Arab folk should stay away unless they have a good reason to come here, I think.
It is grim in America, with bad mismanagement ongoing, the pandemic will drag on and on until people won't be able to afford to travel anywhere anymore anyway...
