And in case the advertiser considers my response negative I think it does make me a serious buyer.
You'd have to be as unserious as Stan Laurel to buy anything there right now.

I don't know how many others feel the same but I generally don't take businesses seriously who only have a social media presence.
Physical office, address, landline, company email addresses for staff, (not Gmail, Hotmail etc) and a website is what I want to see from businesses like Real Estate companies.
Will I bother with a Facebook page to see if they have anything I might be interested in? Nope. Phone a cellphone to enquire if they have anything I might be interested in? Nope again.
Would I browse a website and look at property details? Phone and/or email to possibly pursue interest? Yep and yep again.
It's not my intention to ridicule what you are doing and you may just be starting out with your business and doing so with limited means but professional credibility - and much of that is image - is vital for attracting clients.

Good points. I'm not familiar with the Cambodian market, but, in many countries, agency agreements are not exclusive - the landlord simply makes clear that anyone who finds him a buyer/tenant gets x% of the deal, which means that every man and his dog try to flog every single property on the market.bipolar bear wrote: ↑Mon Aug 31, 2020 3:59 amI don't know how many others feel the same but I generally don't take businesses seriously who only have a social media presence.

Maybe you have mental problem in living in Cambodia and you're always negative in most of your comments here. You may not understand "Freelance". Only Cambodians understand how freelance brokers and property companies work. I have NO point of views to expats because they have no right to own a property and plus here most of expats expect European quality & profession but willing to pay cheap as if they're living in a small developing country.bipolar bear wrote: ↑Mon Aug 31, 2020 3:59 amI don't know how many others feel the same but I generally don't take businesses seriously who only have a social media presence.

If I don't confuse, the main reason that most of expats are willing to live in Cambodia is because they spend 10 times less than living in Europe. Why are you still living in Cambodia as you know somehow some of Cambodians sometimes don't provide you the quality and drive you freezing? You know the points, don't you? So don't compare Cambodia to Europe quality and over expect sometime with less paid.
