I have no idea and have no intention of putting such matters to the test. A penectomy would indeed eliminate HIV for many, but I doubt if it will be as popular as self-mutilation such as parental or self-circumcision.

Male "hydraulics" tend to be much less efficient and reliable as one ages so problem becomes, to an extent, self-eliminating.

But as the old adage goes.. It now takes me all night to do what i used to do all night...
Such is life despite the accidental harem.

But as another adage goes...A man is only as old as the younger women he is caressing - but never tell the wife!

I find it unfortunate that you are not mentioning the likelihood of prostatitis. Chronic bacterial prostatitis is more common than many would think. It is also very much underdiagnosed. I would suggest that anyone experiencing similar symptoms, regardless of age, get a SEMEN CULTURE done. This is not to be confused with a semen analysis.
