I bought a bottle of Bacardi yesterday in SNV, October 13... at a supermarket... I don't know how long it has been legal again here. So nice to play with lemon and orange juice, ice and honey... shake, shake... for example...

PP Administrative measures extended, I haven't read it to see whether it includes alcohol sales still though...

Pretty sure that with 'bars' certain bars are targeted, also known as 'lady bars' (although, as always, certain Sangkats might impose their own interpretation...).
