Do Cambodian police just call every unexplained death of a Westerner over 50 a "heart attack," and every unexplained death of an Westerner under 50 "got drunk and slipped and fell"?
Maybe he really did fall and hit his head. I think we've dicussed some of the tricky steep narrow stairs in Cambodian buildings. This fall was in the hotel bathroom though. Perhaps people will realize that having a perpetually wet bathroom floor that doubles as the shower floor is not the safest design.
