What time does the main post office in PP close?
I can only find one page on the internet that has this info and it's contradictory, it lists two different closing times. I just want to send an international letter. Does it close at 5 PM or later? Is it open on weekends? Thanks.

I think it's open till 5.30. It is open weekends, but maybe just mornings, I'm not sure.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
I had a classic cambo PO experience yesterday. Went to Boueng Prolit to get my mail. It's basically almost shut with all the po boxes gone and they show me a hand drawn map. The new one is down the road near Olympic and that smelly corner pond. I get over there.park up.go inside and there are brand new PO boxes. Mine has a delivery slip in it for a parcel.
Guess where that parcel was ??

When I went in the boxes didn't have numbers on them yet, and my key didn't work in the one that I was pretty sure was mine. Are they numbered yet?proyat wrote:I had a classic cambo PO experience yesterday. Went to Boueng Prolit to get my mail. Okay, I have the answer. It's open until 5:30 every day including Saturday and Sunday. But go around to the 13th St. side, it looks closed on the 102 St. side.

Hello,
Sorry I am new here, but can I know if the post is reliable to send parcels abroad ?
And do they check what is inside like in Vietnam ? Or they just don't care like in Thailand or Malaysia ?
Thank you so much for your help.

Been using the PO for over 2 years to both receive and send, and its been (so far, very) reliable for me. They usually check parcels but not always. Procedures can be eh, erratic - after all, the people I deal with seem to spend most of the day eating lunch.officialcambodia wrote:Hello,
