You need to organise this privately with the operator, have a backup plan in case the fare suddenly increases.
How big is the bike? 100cc or 750cc?

I used to do this all the time when I lived in Battambang. Generally, i'd drive down here on my 250 and then return sitting in the front seat of a shared pick up with the bike strapped up in the back of the truck.
Go the Psah Thmai and head to the north eastern corner and negotiate with a shared pick up there. I've no idea what the prices are now but it used to cost way less than the gas I'd buy having to drive there myself.

Although Andy is far too much of a fanny to try it, you can take it to 120 MPH very quickly on Highway 4.
There's a video of this with much beer drinking taking place on some Russian revhead site. The face of the driver drinking the beer is, quite correctly, blotted out.
If any reader was the oncoming and very large motorbike whose elbow caressed the wing mirror, you shouldn't drive so fast.
