I've been having a problem with my Digi connection at home for the last 2 days, I'm guessing it's more than just a local fault. The only other time I had a problem I called them, couldn't get though, they called me back and the problem was fixed within a day. The junction box outside the house had gone tits up.
I noticed recently that their super speed is now 15Mbs up from 10Mbs.

For what its worth, my experience with Opennet after a few months is till good. Have had the occasional dropout, but pretty good speeds down; I don't upload enough to worry about it.
Yesterday the OPenet at the Cavern was not performing very well. Trying to access any non .kh domain was a waste of time as it was too slow. Speedtest from their website showed the speeds I was expecting for the local connection but overseas was virtually zero. Had my router set to use googles public dns servers so initally even .kh sites were slow. Phoned OPenet and got the can you restart your ONU and router.
Did that. Called back.
Can you install Teamviewer? Yes I have it installed all ready. I thought it was a good idea they could do remote maintenance. Fired it up and found it doesn't work if you can't reach the US servers. even if it had they wouldn't have found anything wrong as it was their out of country connection that wasn't working.
So no internet in the Cavern until today. I couldn't even check my cameras because i use noip's dynamic DNS service which is base overseas.

I have a FTTH - Fiber to the Home connection and I CAN'T SEND EMAILS!!! I pay $40 a month for this service in Siem Reap.
I can't access many non Khmer domains...
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They are unable to rectify this issue. I have asked for a refund... I will keep you posted!

I have been paying $12(basic home) with Opennet for 6 months now. I have almost never had a download speed of less than 5Mpbs.( My plan is for 2Mpbs)
Got mates in a similar locale, paying for the other, faster speeds, they very often get what they pay for, also no complaints.
Three major shutdowns in 6 months, 24 hrs being longest.
It is the shiz for me.
Can't put the screen on here but test @ 11.am. Down 5.16Mbps Up 0.84 Mbps ( yes, this is not peak, but it's always similar)
I have never seen it below this, maybe peak, around 6pm onwards would show significant drop, but as I pay for 2Mbps I am not sure I have ever lost out.
I am in Boeung Tumpun, maybe that makes a difference.
Just saying!
