Three wheel chinese trykes ( Hajuan , Hanxu, Kawazuki etc )
Has anyone here ever owned or driven one of the chinese made 150/200/250cc commercial trikes ?
They sell for about $1800 and have flat beds on the back.
Interested to hear experiences of any owners.
thanks.

Yes me and a friend have.
pew, pew, pew, pew!
What kind ? / cc / payload etc ?
What's the general build quality like ?
What's the ride / handling like around town ?
if you have used one with what the Khmer call kapitas(4wd) which I think is basically a limited slip differential, what was it like in slushy, dirt road conditions ?
Is one brand better than another ?
Anything else to tell ?
I just looked at the 3metre DAYUN 175cc water cooled Kapitas version with roof and fitted bench seats @$2700.
Looks great and I think it would suit my light agricultural needs to a tee.
Thanks

I have one and I drive it regularly.
As easy as a normal bike. 5 gears down like a stepthru, but you use a clutch like a real bike. Easy to drive.
You need an A2 licence to drive one legally. I swear I am the only tuk tuk driver in SHV with a licence for one.
Takes a decent payload like 400kg easily.
I use it to take both people and stuff around.
Suspension is very tight and it is a bit of a bumpy ride.
Would be perfect for your farm.

Note to self: Must be nice to morons.

I had no idea you had one.Let's speak when we meet.
Vendor is telling me two tonnes ! LOL
Does my B license cover the smaller vehicles ? I can't need two licences surely ?
Cheers

Look on the back of your licence, you will see a drawing of a tuk tuk under class A2, which you also need for your DRZ. Your class B licence does not cover you above 125cc.
Based on licence numbers, well less than 4,000 A2 Licences have been issued. Like I said, I would warrant that I am the only tuktuk driver in SHV at least with the correct licence.
Come on down for a visit to Paradise sur mer and you can try driving mine around for a day.

Speaking of DRZs.....It's doing a fine interim job with the new $9 crate bolted on :
Whipper snipper
Shovel
Maddock
Axe
Machete
Small esky
Hammock
Etc
