The problem is, to proof she return to Cambodia. She has a buy sell ownetships agreement of the ricecombine, but there is a chance, the embassy not agree with this paper, because easy to fake. Just pay som. Money to the village chief. And kachang has right wit. The point, that the machine allready cam be sold.

Markable Lvorm , what's also visible on the landpapets.
so a picture in this case can be a good detail to bring some strength to the documents etc.

the picture is the barn, wall, house, L vorm, rice combine + passport to show the picture is taken recently [ issue date March 2016).

And why not????

I used this service:

https://www.fiverr.com/sreypovchoun/eng ... 5f4be4bc81#

to translate my "employment letter" into Khmer. Worked perfectly, I got a business visa.

OP,

all great advice, but OP, if you travel to the Netherlands it's up to the German Embassy which translators you can use. Check with them (or another embassy if you use their services), before spending your money.

I'm not sure a photo of your GF and the combine will help with the application, but I'm sure the translation of the contract is a waste of money. Good luck with the application, most probably if both of you are genuine they will allow a tourist visa, don't worry too much.

Sorry, but it seems hard to believe any embassy from a Schengen country will accept a translation from Choun Srey Pov - no matter how good her translations are. They only will accept translations from certain recognized translators, and the list is not very long.

As much as people knock Pyramid for their prices, it should be noted that their translations are perfect (in my experience ), and are accepted by most, if not all, foreign embassies.

Thla translation. Are also reconized by many embassys, only the French embassy, not yet. But it's not long ago that the embassys accept the translation of this service. So probably not many people knows about it. And probably after a year pyramid and thal have the same prices.

Thanks for all advice.

Why? Do they read Khmer?

It says "Business" in the Remarks part of the visa.

And it's valid for 3 months as opposed to the 1 month on-arrival visas that you may be thinking of.

Very similar to this:

Image

In fact, it's the same kind of visa except of course, for the issuing post, dates and my name.

The "Fee" field is blank on my visa, but they charged me 800,000 dong which is about $35.

The fact that you only paid $35 for it would suggest to me it is still only a 1 month visa.
The 3 month expiry date would then indicate that you have to enter the country within those 3 months or the visa will be cancelled.
You should ask them about that at the border to make sure.

^ That. This is very common when they provide with the visa abroad. The dates on the visa indicate during which period you are allowed to enter and use the visa, it doesn't say anything about the period you are allowed to stay. Given the price that'll be one month.

The problem is the OP doesn't need a translation to show a Cambodian embassy, but an embassy from a Schengen country. They are maybe a bit more selective about the translator?

Agreed.

In the example shown, the visa remains valid for you to enter Cambodia any time between the dates of 28 August and 29 November. It is NOT a three month visa. On Entry to Cambodia your visa will gain additional stamps showing date of entry and date by which you must have either exited Cambodia or gained a visa extension.

And if the visa is not used by the last date shown, the visa becomes Nul and Void and is of no effect.
