Do Cambodian kids need their own passport?

A lot of expats increasingly settle in Cambodia with families and kids, or acquire them while here. This forum is a place to ask questions and discuss all things family.

I'm not getting my kids ID cards. it's a retarded system that sees the citizen having to go to the same sangkat for anything and everything.

If you were on a plane or cruise ship and the guys in turbans wanna round up all the bad westerners as hostages for potential execution then having a Khmer ppt would be beneficial. Tho I don't think it would do the likes of sciaroni much good. The Taliban would think he was having them on.
