Isn't it fairly standard practice that hotels check rooms for theft and damage before someone checks out? Maybe he did a runner? Wouldn't surprise me if some places don't but I know half the time I have to wait for them to call up to the maids. Maybe I just look shifty.
Kanasiacanuck...pretty certain he didn't go through the formalities of checking out, especially with a dead woman left in the room, kinda obvious he just left without informing the gh staff.

I suppose that makes more sense, for some reason I thought I had read that they discovered her body after he checked out but I think I was mistaken. Bloodsport is on TV so that post may not have been well thought out as the upcoming kumite was preoccupying me as well.
Nobody checks the room when I check out. I bring all remotes and hand them in with the key, pay, get some shitty gift and change before being sent on my way.
Maybe I should get into murdering people.

If this guy is real, and he managed to do a murder, avoid the gutter press, escape the kingdom and make it back to sweet home Chicago, then there must be some sort of begrudging crim respect due. He should give lectures on the darkweb or something.

Well, the family and Indonesian authorities have gotten Interpol to issue a Red Notice for Bilal Abdul Fateen.
Luckily, google translate is way better with Bahasa than it is with Khmer:

Not to my knowledge. I spoke to someone at the embassy about it, and they thought he had returned to the US and then there’s nothing that can be done. It’s not illegal for an American to commit murder outside of the US, and there’s no extradition to Cambodia, so he wouldn’t even be able to be arrested.

Keep that quiet for fuck's sake, we don't need thousands of discontented Americans coming over here committing massacres.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Well pedophilia is illegal for ‘em but it hasn’t slowed them down at all.Lucky Lucan wrote: ↑Fri Sep 06, 2019 1:47 amKeep that quiet for fuck's sake, we don't need thousands of discontented Americans coming over here committing massacres.
