14. Other than purchasing online at http://www.airasia.com, where can I purchase tickets and what are the respective payment methods?
You can also purchase tickets at our sales office, airport sales counter, AirAsia’s kiosk or through our call centre.
Payment methods available:
Sales office - credit card/ cash
Airport sales counter - credit card/ cash
Kiosk - cash
Call centre - credit card/ payment over ATM / over the counter
Or I believe the office on the Riverside in PP is still open.

There's an Air Asia ticketing office on the riverside, between street 110 and 118.

And there’s an office in Aeon Mall (last I knew anyways).
Be mindful that you will pay more for the ticket if you pay cash than if you pay online. However, you’ll get some added benefits such as it will be easier to change your ticket with them (in person).

Yes it's confusing and different than pay online. Sometimes prices are lower than online, sometimes can't get flight point etc., you should ask all these before they actually confirm ticket (if it matters).
I've been using office at Riverside, i'm not sure but there's maybe new office at The Exchange building (have to check closer next time).

To be able to change an Air Asia ticket a person has to pay substantially more for the ticket. Better off going with a proper airline in that case rather than budget.Miguelito wrote:And there’s an office in Aeon Mall (last I knew anyways).

The bar in the Emirates first class is quite a spectacle. Best airline I ever flew with. Much recommended.

I've found the quotes in Air Asia offices usually so much more than online that it's not worth going in them half the time. Not sure why that is?
You can pay for tickets online with even a debit card no probs.

It is quite easy to buy ticket from Air Asia without card, just pay cash.It can be done at service counter at airport.I have done it a week ago, online price was 70$,I have paid 77$.Couple of yrs ago,I bought their ticket from travel agent on PP riverside.I remember price: 100$ to KL.
In KL you can buy AA ticket in automatic machines, for cash only:Sentral train station or airport.Jetstar is charging much more for cash.In AA airport check-in luggage fee is costly!book it early.
