I got a curly question, not sure if anyone can answer.. If my Khmer wife(has NZ citizenship) decided to leave me she is entitled to half my assets,
That's a fact. But, my question is, Would I be able to claim half of her assets she owns in Cambodia?

Well, to be fair, if they gave you all of the answers you were looking for right away, then you wouldn't need them, and they just provided you a service for free. I'm sure if you paid for the answers, you'd get them pretty quickly.MackenzieNicole wrote:I have contacted dozens of law firms in the UK, and have received nothing but automated or 'copy and paste' responses. All of which have informed me that I need to pay hundreds of pounds for just "consultation"- with no legal advice.

"Why can't they be as miserable as us heterosexuals in their marriages?" [Dolly Parton] joked with News Breakfast from her home city of Nashville, Tennessee.
They key is to know which country will give you a better result and then file there first. There can be only one divorce after all.

I think these 2 ladies should just lick each others wounds and move on. Let bygones be bygones.
