I worked it out, about an extra 500 calories a day for the greek yoghurt and peanut butter. I took 3 days off and noticed the fat creep back. Now I'm hitting the weights harder, trying to gain muscle. Tough balancing act. Here's a pretty good overview of testosterone replacement therapy, and another of t supps.

Good muscle gains at your age need plenty of quality calories and very heavy lifting .
You don't eat meat or fish and rely on pea protein , peanut butter and yogurt yet claim to consume 150 gram per day ....that seems a lot of pea , peanut and dairy to get to 150 gram . Peanut butter is a source of protein but so calorie dense it doesn't make sense to use it , one would need to eat half a jar to get 20 gram of protein but the same amount would be about 1000 calories.
Anyway getting back to testosterone supplements. I have tried sustanon 250 . Did for about 3 months , 2 or 3 vials a week . It works well . Very difficult to body build big without it and heavy lifting . Still need to train hard , the sups just give a lot of gains you would not get just food alone .
I eat enough protein for my workouts along with pizza , chocolate , and a heap of other junk food just to maintain my fat belly .
