I don't believe bullshit either that's why I don't believe you when you say "no history" You need to relax a little, it's ok if you're not on friendly terms with him .Alexandra wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:49 amNo history I just don't believe bullshit.Lucky Seven wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:14 amI don't think Alexandra has a very high opinion of the husband , maybe some history between the two .
What's your excuse?

I agree , that's why I said " maybe "gavinmac wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:55 amThere is no evidence at all that the husband was "involved" and she says he wasn't.Lucky Seven wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:23 amMaybe the husband got involved once it was too late and he felt an obligation to his wife knowing he could only help hide the murder or inform the police .
For some this would be a tough decision to make . Seems he still cares about her enough to try to gather funding for her defense despite knowing how all his friends feel about helping her .
It’s good to see this thread (and the other one on CEO to be fair) has plunged into the usual clusterfuck of bickering and infighting.
It’s almost as if 440 is running low on Mods.

Very good, Mr Spicer. An oblique shot.

And how would you be modding it any differently? We cleaned up a few comments at the beginning (less than I’m told on TOF), but have allowed discussion to continue. It’s remained pretty on topic.Dallow Spicer wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 12:43 pmIt’s good to see this thread (and the other one on CEO to be fair) has plunged into the usual clusterfuck of bickering and infighting.

That is exactly the same line that Fred West said to hide the involvement of his wife in his heinous crimes.gavinmac wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:55 amThere is no evidence at all that the husband was "involved" and she says he wasn't.Lucky Seven wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:23 amMaybe the husband got involved once it was too late and he felt an obligation to his wife knowing he could only help hide the murder or inform the police .

I wouldn’t change a thing. It is what it is.
My comment was literal, not inferential (if that’s a word).
The police are probably saying she died of a heart attack.gavinmac wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 1:22 pmThe police are also saying no one else was involved:

Do you believe that he was drugged for 7 days and did not know about any of this?

Why did the PPP cover her eyes in the pictures?
And the editor needs to work on their grammar, because this doesn’t make full sense:
‘
“My mother took the victim’s daughter to stay with her for one night at home near Tuol Sangke pagoda. The suspect’s daughter slept at our home for one night,” she said.
The following morning, Yaneang returned the suspect’s daughter to her mother but had been missing ever since.

And the editor needs to work on their grammar, because this doesn’t make full sense:
This is what doesn’t make sense:Pich Sievmey, the only daughter of the victim, Koem Yaneang a 40-year-old widow, said: “The suspect killed my mother and cut her corpse into small pieces which she threw into the Tonle Sap river. She spoke without any expression of guilt.
“I know the constitution in Cambodia allows only life imprisonment but, as far as I’m concerned, I want the authorities to give her the death penalty to provide justice for my mother,” Sievmey said.
She said the suspect, who was once Yaneang’s close friend, borrowed money from her mother and other people in the village. Having no money to repay, the suspect fled two years ago and no one knew where she had gone.
“But on June 2, my mother saw the suspect in a shop at Phsar Kandal market. My mother took the victim’s daughter to stay with her for one night at home near Tuol Sangke pagoda. The suspect’s daughter slept at our home for one night,” she said.
The following morning, Yaneang returned the suspect’s daughter to her mother but had been missing ever since

To be fair GM, if she hadn't been dismembered the coppers may have ruled it a heart attack.gavinmac wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 1:22 pmThe police are also saying no one else was involved:Fred Edwards wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 1:17 pm

Seriously, if there weren't obvious initial signs of stuggle it wouldn't surprise me if she got away with it telling the inept cops that the lady had a heart attack.
