k440, something to do when you're pissed.
How many KM do people cycle a week?

About 12km or so most days, some days barely at all.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Whoa, that’s commitment.
Do you push it or just stroll around. Any HR monitors or APPS tracking you?

I've always had amazing luck with my tires here. I've had two flats, one when the valve stem sheered off from doing a bit of a hard stop, and one slow leak. I must have put several 10's of thousands of km on my bikes too.
Only thing I can think that I do differently is that I buy the most expensive tire I can with new tubes if applicable.

Because he needs to get new tyres.
Moto tyres may look ok from the side but they only wear in the middle. I bet his are as thin as.
Do around 120km a week.

I do around 15km to 20km daily on the moto, often past some construction sites or rough roads over on the other side of the river.
The last couple of punctures have been from shards of discarded metal.
I do actually need some new tyres as well, hopefully that will reduce the number of punctures.

I rode pushbikes for years when younger then progressed to motor bikes and did a lot of equine sports (barrel racing and tent pegging) and then started riding my future/ex wife... which was the most dangerous/expensive of all.
Never mind.
I knew he liked a bit of pegging but the barrel rolling is a surprise.
