It looks as though a more suitable question might be how many punctures do you get in a year on your motorbike, rather than how many kms cycled perhaps?
What are the health benefits of exercising on a bicycle?

When I first bought my (new) bicycle I got three punctures within two months.spitthedog wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 4:36 pmIt looks as though a more suitable question might be how many punctures do you get in a year on your motorbike, rather than how many kms cycled perhaps?
Bought new inner-tubes (is that one word?) and since then nothing.
Although I did get a puncture tonight in my car. Dark, drunk, crap jack (have cuts) 23 mins to change. Boom!

I just had some toast.

Back on topic.
Went out yesterday and got soaked, which doesn’t bother me, but now all my cycling stuff (wet trainers. Yuk) is still wet!
Damn you rain. Damn you to hell.
(More toast in order)

I'm not quite sure if you are all taking the piss out of my, or Horace's cycling adventures?
Where is Horace now by the way?
Anyway, i just ate two cheese sandwhiches.
Eating too much cheese since arriving in barangland. Did some cheese on toast yesterday. That was nice. Better than a pizza in Shitsville it was. I got like an oven and grill and shit now. Go's nice with the Aldi wine. (The cheese on toast that is, not the oven)
Get out of the KOW whilst you still can! Cambodia is no country for old men.

I was a bit disappointed with Morocco the few times that I visited it. I much preferred Tunisia, and even Libya, when I was in North Africa.

Most interesting country I visited in Africa was the Congo.

Wasn’t you banned on TOF because you upset the cabal?
Good job!
