Records management
Call me old fashioned, but this does the trick for me - just a real shit to get the same wood for my 7 inch collection. Ahem.

I’ve got 40+ years of records, and some of those records are much, much older; all pristine condition. It’s a good solution!
Joking aside, DataSafe & Digital Data Divide (DDD) are probably two I’d look at. The latter does a lot of donkeywork with paper processes, not entirely sure they’d do storage, but if not they probably should!
My argument on this with locals is that most of these records are scanned anyway, not too many have thumb prints signs/seals, etc. so those we digitized and stored; no officials ever asked for those documents, but if they did they could be rolled off a printer very quickly. Legally I never found anything about the storage medium, it was vague- so even some of those official documents were also digitized and only original stamped paper kept (sometimes just one page out of a 100). There’s nothing a few riel can’t fix anyway...

They probably should.
