Truly sorry. A third party service we use (and I am responsible for choosing them--a mistake I will never make again) had some kind of configuration issue that caused massive problems with our site. I have spent three days working with their tech support team to solve what should have never been an issue in the first place, and as soon as the problem was escalated to their developers it was fixed within 30 minutes. At least, it is supposed to be solved. I'm still checking every variable I can think of.
The website has never been truly inaccessible, other than possibly for a few minutes at a time, but I can't blame anyone for not knowing when or even how to clear their browser cache or refusing to bypass a warning about a security risk.

Why was I able to post throughout the outage?
Most of them were subsequently deleted but I fully expected to be dismembered.

I'd watch it, if I were you - Cambodian jails have a tendency to be a little, um, porous.
