If reliability is the top concern you should have 2 connections running at once. A wifi modem and 3G or 4G phone signal then you can switch when one fails.

Smart mobile was about 97% reliable when I used it.

[email protected] is really good value and very easy to get and set up. No installation at your house either. Plus, you can take the modem anywhere in the country if you travel and want to use your own WiFi. 54$ for three months. I stream Netflix ext no problems.
